Al Muhairi jumps to victory Abdullah Humaid Al Muhairi was in a great form on Friday (October 16) to win the first place in the Class 3: B1, category show jumping competition held for the second week in succession at the Sharjah Equestrian Club show jumping arena. The weekend competitions featured events for various category riders including children. Humaid was riding Tip Top from the Sharjah Equestrian Club and completed the round in 48.68 seconds with no faults. Second place in this category went to Ahmed Ali Al Junaibi who was astride Picobelo Wodeina from the Emirates Heritage Club (50.39 seconds). Mohammed Ghanem Al Hajri managed both the third and fourth paces partnering Chiquita and Shakira respectively from the Sharjah Equestrian Club. In Class 3: Section A2 Abdul Rahman S. Al Kaabi finished first riding Feline S from the Sharjah Club in a timing of 54.59 seconds. Second place went to Hamad Ali Al Kirbi riding BB Ladino also from Sharjah Club ( 58.43 seconds). Hamad Ali Al Kirbi finished second on BB Ladino. Salim Khamis Al Suwaidi and Ali Abdullah Al Kumaiti finished respectively in the third and fourth places. As many as 33 jumpers took part in this category and nine jumpers were placed. In Class 3: B1, A2 (One Round Against the Clock- Two sections), held on Saturday, October 17, 2009, first places went to Abdullah Muftah al Zaabi and Mohammed Abdullah Ketiat. Muftah was riding Kildrana belonging to Land Forces and finished the round in 26.32 seconds whereas Abdullah was riding Call Boy 2000 from Emirates Equestrian Centre and finished in 29.24 seconds. Nadia Abdul Aziz Taryam finished second in the first section partnering Belise (30.24 seconds) and Omar Ghazi Khori finished second in the second section riding Secret D'Amour from the Emirates Equestrian Centre (29.71 seconds). Thirty-four jumpers were in contention in this category and eight jumpers were placed. Mohammed Shafi Al Rumaithi, Red Star, Emirates Heritage Club, 49.72 seconds CLASS 5: C2 & Children's (Two Phases Against the Clock): 1. Waseem Shamdeen, Odyssee, Ajman Club, 22.82 seconds, 2.
